Please read the Manual for incident reporting by the constituents before reporting an incident.

You can report an incident to MKD-CIRT using one of the following methods:

•  by completing the online incident reporting form available at this link
  
•  by downloading and filling in the Incident report form in MS Word .DOCX format, and
  •  e-mailing the electronically signed completed form to soc@mkd-cirt.mk
  • faxing the signed paper form to fax number: 02/3224-611 (this is not a safe reporting method)
  • mailing the signed paper form to the following address:
